Simply return or exchange within 30 days.
– The original sales invoice not only must be submitted, but the items must be in their
original condition when purchased.
– The customer has the right to request a refund or exchange the items for another of the
same value stated on the invoice.
– In the case of customers returning orders for no reason, the refund can be replaced, but
the customers must pay the shipping fees.
– If you receive incorrect orders/items/sizes, we will exchange them for free.
– In case that the exchange or refund period is exceeded, no action shall be taken before
returning to the management, conditioned that the product is intact and the original
invoice is available, by sending an email with the invoice image and requesting approval
from the management.
– Returns and exchanges will be done in 3-5 business days for orders in Greater Cairo and
Alexandria, and in 3-7 business days in the other cities.
